QA Automation Lead

Vaco is hiring an Automation Test Lead, for full time opportunities in both Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio.These roles allow a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days a week onsite.Desired Skills:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Quality Assurance, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 4+ years of SQA experience with OOTB, complex and large enterprise testing efforts. Must have 2+ years of test automation experience. Web and Mobile test automation is a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of lead experience is strongly preferred
• ISTQB CTFL or similar certification is desired; Candidates without a certification will be considered but are expected to obtain such certification within one (1) years after hire date;
• Proven experience with quality assurance testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies;
• Working knowledge of manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, JIRA, etc.); and experience developing/designing best practices for automated test scripts using such tools
• Experience coordinating joint test activities with third-party vendors;
• Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with business subject matter experts, and levels of WPCU Management including Director and VP levels;
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
• Prior experience in a Bank, Credit Union, or other financial institution experience is a plus, but not required
