- Lead detailed design, implementation, and integrations as part of large complex agile projects or product engineering teams
- Lead globally distributed teams of CRM and CM solutions, integration, and QA engineers to implement the solution with a combination of planning and execution
- Use your deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms to provide thought leadership to our clients and internal teams on best leveraging the CM and CRM tools
- A deep knowledge of program management and different delivery methodologies
- Be accountable for the overall delivery of the solutions
- Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and work with program leadership to escalate and help problem-solve appropriately
- Good understanding of Program Management Tools
- Creation, ownership and maintenance of schedule, communication plans, project plans, risk plans, customer communication, project profitability, staffing
- Monitor and manage day-to-day technical tasks
- Update schedule for both internal team and client
- Environment to work with a multi-disciplinary team to translate the client’s business requirements into a solution vision and understand high-level architecture
- 10+ years of experience in CRM and Content Management implementation in general, with at least 4 years of experience specific Program Management
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and 0365
- Experience leading large sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 8 years of overall software development experience.
