COMPUTER SYSTEM ANALYST

OverviewCOMPUTER SYSTEM ANALYST:Bowhead seeks a Computer System Analyst for the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) to join our team.Responsibilities• Managing identification, licensing, installation, configuration control, and maintenance (including upgrades) of agency administrative and analytical systems and software including JWICS)• Establishing requirements for LAN and WAN connectivity for multiple networks• Coordinating with the senior leadership and program managers on policies and procedures for personnel access and use of IT assets and capabilities• Directing the activities of IT Help Desk support personnel including the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT assets• Directing and ensuring the readiness of VTC to support mission requirements; and• Conducting and maintaining IT asset inventoriesQualifications• Shall possess more than five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities detailed above.• Travel: 30%• Must be a U.S. Citizen• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree desiredSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
