- Assist our Marketing Director with the development of sales proposals by implementing brand principles, campaign messages, and execution of supportive materials in the form of blogs, videos, or whitepapers for social media and web.
- Ideate, develop, and produce thought leadership and marketing content (e.g., blog posts, articles, case studies, e-mail campaigns, collateral, sales materials, press releases, infographics, and videos).
- Coordinate creation of whitepapers and marketing materials with senior Consultants.
- Edit marketing and sales materials to match Excelacom’s brand tone.
- Create and manage sales campaigns by preparing internal sales guides, content, and campaign materials.
- Formulate, create, and deliver concepts that are compelling to B2B audiences to demonstrate Excelacom’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with key members of the marketing, sales, and consulting teams to effectively deliver messaging that best serves our target audience.
- Associate content to the buyer’s journey and strategize content delivery.
- Create strategic methods for growing the company’s community using inbound marketing principles.
- Assist the Marketing Director in increasing the existing content efficiency on all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on researching major industry trends and close-fit discovered trends in marketing content and product roadmaps.
- Create and manage the editorial calendar with a content plan along with what, when and where to publish the content.
- Create conference and tradeshow support materials (i.e., booths, banners, signage, guides).
- Work with the Director of Marketing to manage Excelacom’s brand direction.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in various marketing disciplines required, particularly demonstrable ability to design integrated lead-generation campaigns with proven results.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing, editing, and ability to present concisely and effectively.
- Ability to rapidly learn Excelacom’s brand tone and style
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition, and color theory to apply to original project ideas
- Work across multiple mediums, including video, print, digital, social media, MS Office, etc.
- Capability to create and execute comprehensive content creation and content distribution strategies
- Creative thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders in creating compelling graphics that tell a story
- Ability to prioritize, self-start and contribute under pressure and tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results
