Are you a marketing professional looking for a dynamic position where you can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact? Keller Schroeder is looking for a results oriented Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. This position will be an instrumental part of the team tasked with building B2B digital marketing strategies that attract, nurture and ultimately convert. This position will be focused on the planning and execution of our digital campaigns, maintaining our website, search engine optimization, as well as the measurement and reporting of these activities from end-to-end. Keller Schroeder is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
What You’ll Do:- Front-end design and maintenance of external company website.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop external/internal website content including site pages, blog posts, etc.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop and execute online strategies for campaigns, Keller Schroeder hosted events, company developed and partner-initiated programs, etc.
- Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Manage all aspects of B2B PPC campaigns including search, display, paid social and retargeting.
- Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes asset creation, copywriting, scheduling content, management and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement.
- Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media followers through liking, sharing, and commenting activities on the full suite of social media platforms
- Measurement and reporting of marketing activities and general website performance utilizing Google Analytics and other tools.
- Customer journey development including retargeting, nurture, and lead scoring.
- Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
- Work closely with Marketing Team to maintain the brand and voice of Keller Schroeder across all platforms and digital activities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or 4+ years equivalent experience
- WordPress front-end design and development experience
- Experience executing, running, and managing digital display campaigns, SEM campaigns (Google/Bing Ads), and social media ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads) - in a B2B environment is a plus.
- Experience with using Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to analyze campaign and website performance and making/implementing data driven decisions to improve performance.
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO, including keyword research, meta-data, link building, and best practices.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical and creative skills
- Excellent organizational skills and being detail-oriented
- Self-starter, with the ability to work alone and in a team
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation/CRM tool.
- An understanding of HTML & CSS
- Knowledge of WordPress website design using WPBakery
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of video production and editing programs (Premier pro)
- Special interest in the Internet Technology field
- Curiosity, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to effectively multi-task are all a plus.
