The CRM Supervisor's responsibility is to provide strategic oversight of the activation, support, development and deployment of CRM. In this role, the CRM Supervisor will lead the execution of strategic road maps by working with multiple stakeholders across SIH including but not limited to marketing, call centers, service lines, Information Technology and other third-party implementers and agencies.Responsibilities Safety • Manages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety. • Record Keeping • Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required, including but not limited to payroll, schedules and status changes. • Department Management • Maintains 24 hour accountability for department, making independent decisions to implement strategies and programs for patient focus. • Delegate authority and accountability to staff to ensure optimal outcomes and staff engagement. • Evaluates effectiveness of unit/department based programs and processes to ensure optimal outcomes. • Process Improvement • Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system's process improvement goals. • Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams. • Staffing • Manages the unit/department effectively in regards to staffing and staff supervision. • Role Specific Responsibilities • Salesforce Administration • Lead the development of a comprehensive lifecycle strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of patients, donors and staff. • Develop strategic, integrated marketing plans and programs that align with the organization's goals: drive online traffic and leads, drive brand affinity and top of mind awareness thru digital touchpoints. • Managing users, groups, roles, profiles and other security configurations. • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. • Importing data into Salesforce as needed. • Training and assisting end users. • Eliciting requirements from end users and making appropriate configuration changes in Salesforce. • CRM Strategy • Lead the development of a comprehensive lifecycle strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of patients, donors and staff. • Develop strategic, integrated plans and programs that align with the organization's goals: drive online traffic and leads, drive brand affinity and top of mind awareness thru digital touchpoints. • Incorporate personalization, segmentation and relevancy to drive higher engagement and future re-engagement. • Develop and execute a rigorous testing agenda to continuously improve performance, focused on customer engagement, traffic and leads • Content, Execution and Deployment • Develop content strategies based on audience and cadence; worth with an in-house creative team to develop assets. • Actively participate in creative reviews to ensure creative delivers, will drive engagement, is right for the audience, and aligns with best practices • Work with the content team to develop strategies to continue communicating with inactive audiences. • Demand Generation • Collaborate with the SIH departments to build journeys that drive engagement and conversions. • Identify new opportunities to support business goals. • Manage the ser-up of on-time and automated email campaigns, workflows, content and message optimization, list segmentation, deployment, and reporting. • Provide support for campaigns, events, and other initiatives developed by SIH departments. Qualifications Education • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other related field required. Licenses and Certification • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred. Experience and Skills • Technical Experience: 3 years of analytics platform experience such as Google Analytics, Email Marketing experience and Project management experience required.
