Infrastructure Project Manager

15 -17 years of IT experience with good project management experience on IT Infrastructure projects Good experience handling various infra projects including digital workspace, Middleware & Database, Networking, Data protection, Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Datacentres, Platforms and etc Good hands-on experience in implementation of IT architecture and operations Technical knowledge in managing server, storage, security, data protection, networks etc Good understanding of industry standard IT infra platforms, terminology, and leading providers Create detailed project execution plans and manage all implementation processes Plan project budget, timeline, and activities according to the project scope defined by business Analysis of the IT metrics and produce service improvement plans Review SOPs, RCAs, Reporting standards and project status reports Define, design, and implement processes and procedures based on industry standard ITILV3/V4 Maintain regular reporting and communication with client and stakeholders Motivate and lead project team including setting and reviewing goals/KPAs/targets Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills needed Build, enhance and retain the employees ensuring better productivity and performance Ability to learn/adapt quickly to new technologies as per the business need Working with offshore (India) & Onsite Team Required Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant Infra Project Management experience PMP or any other project management certification is desired ITIL V3/V4 certification Bachelor's degree in Engineering
