This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, Alabama. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Combat Systems and Mission Readiness Division within the Defense Systems Sector. Roles and Responsibilities - Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. -Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. -Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. -Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Basic Qualifications •Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. •Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM degree field. •Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile) •Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) Preferred Qualifications •Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or higher Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
