Candidate must be diligent, organized, responsible and dedicated to trouble shooting all issues that come their way.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage our Copier installations and have fun meeting new customers almost every day

IT help desk - You will provide network and software remote support to our customers

Field work - You will go onsite to troubleshoot IT issues and do network installations

Learn and work with our unique software applications - We provide unique software and hardware solutions to many customers including many local Public Libraries - You will have a great opportunity to learn about and work with our customers and our solutions

Experience - You should be able to Network copiers, printers and scanners into environments consisting of 3-50 PC's. If you haven't done this before but have other relevant experience that is okay too. Comfort with Troubleshooting and repairing Microsoft Servers and PC's is important

3+ years' experience is a must.

You are going to be communicating with our customers. You must be an excellent and positive communicator.

You must be very well organized with the innate ability to self-manage.
