Account Manager Opening at Missoula Tech Startup (Missoula)

Submittable is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Missoula, Montana. Account Managers operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their accounts. They build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit and grow the Submittable footprint. Ultimately, the Account Manager is responsible for renewing all contracts, hitting new bookings targets, and ensuring software consumption

This is a full-time position in Missoula, MT, and reports to the Director of Account Management.What you'll do:

- Optimize Submittable software across use cases and customers

- Schedule and perform account assessments quarterly

- Renew all contracts for assigned customers annually

- Hit monthly new bookings quota

- Build strong relationships with book of business

- Identify opportunities or risks in renewing customer contracts

- Identify opportunities and execute in upselling new products

- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge as it pertains to various use cases and industry verticals

- Coordinate with Sales Engineer in software maximization and customer satisfaction

- Partner with the whole Customer Success team to ensure customers are getting consistent messaging and experienceAbout you:
