Diesel Mechanic or Automotive background: This is an on-site setting / position. NO DRIVING from job to job. Company supplies all specialty tooling. Employee required own basic tooling. This is a secure location just outside Downtown Raleigh on Capital Blvd. This is a Drug Free work place. The position is 40 hours per week, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, Great Medical / Dental Insurance, with a vision program and a Company matching 401K program. The Scheduled hours are from 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday with weekends and 11 Holidays off. You will be 1 of a 31 person team working on equipment. On the job training while you work. Mechanical Aptitude and problem solving skills a must. Great work environment with NO DRAMA. The starting Pay is $20.00 per hour. (Random Drug and Alcohol Plan heavily enforced due to Federal Regulations) Our Company conducts Maintenance for the NC Department of Transportation - Rail Division.
