Crystal Diagnostics is hiring a Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician in Kent, OH!Benefits:

Manufacture sample glass slides for our automation system following established SOPs.

Duties include materials preparation, assembly processes and equipment checks, inspections of parts and finished products, and upkeep of daily logs and documentation.Essential Functions:

Receive cross-training to master all aspects of the slide manufacturing process.

Perform manufacturing functions in a cleanroom environment.

Perform manufacturing functions with a critical eye, demonstrating attention to detail,and problem-solving skills.

Operate automated and semi-automated equipment.

Evaluate parts and assembled products to eliminate defects.

Follow work instructions and SOPs, complete in-process checklists and maintain production logs.

Maintain established daily production output.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with and communicate promptly any issues to quality control and production managers to ensure only quality products are produced.

Regular and punctual attendance.

Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) minimumExperience:

1-3 years manufacturing experience

Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.Qualifications:

Willingness to train and learn.

Ability to operate equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.

Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and protocols.

Good manual skills and precision.

Attention to details and excellent organizational skills.

Communication and computer skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision.Physical Demands:

Regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

Must have a full range of body movements including fine motor skills, the ability to handle small parts, operate computer equipment, and peripheral vision.

Must have command of all five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste.

Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs with regularity.Schedule:

This is a full-time job with a regular work schedule of 8 hours per day, five days per week (40 hours per week)

Overtime work is possible but not guaranteed for a person in this job. Overtime may be assigned by a supervisor.About us:
