This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Assisting with our centralized kitchen and on campus food preparation. Will assist in covering staff vacations. This shift can be either 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Would be working overnight with one other cook 3 to 4 nights a week and two nights working alone. Director is on site by 4:00 AM all days. POSITION SUMMARY: Our Cooks work with a busy Dietary Services team to prepare appetizing and healthful food based on the nutrition and health needs of our Residents.
