Medical insurance agency hiring for an office manager/executive assistant role.

We have a retention rate, previous office managers have moved into agent roles after gaining experience. This is not expected or required, but we have a lot of opportunities for growth. We are a family oriented company and are looking for someone to join our fun, fast paced, outgoing, team!

Duties include:

Overseeing daily office operations.

Communicating with other team members, agents, and clients.

Managing multiple email accounts, and responding accordingly.

Assisting in answering a high number of calls.

Managing schedules, and making appointments.

Greeting and directing clients.

Qualifications:

5 years of administrative experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office, including outlook.

Familiarity with Apple products is preferred.

Experience working with insurance is preferred but not required.
