Market of Choice - Human Resource Assistant

Market of Choice is hiring for a Full Time HR Assistant at our Bend location! This is a great opportunity to gain entry-level experience in Human Resources. This position starts at $18.75/hour up to $23/hour depending on experience.

DUTIESAs an HR Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting, interviewing and assisting in employee selection

Conducting employee orientations

Administering different types of protected leave, Workers Compensation & ADA

Enforcing company policies

Managing personnel files

Maintaining superior customer relations

Contributing to the overall operation of the store

This is an entry-level HR position that requires:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great public relations skills

Superior organization skills & attention to detail

Open availability (including weekend/holidays)

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and/or experience in interviewing & hiring, leave/Workers Compensation/ADA, and basic computer skills.
