International Services & Port operations coordinator

We are looking for a new addition to our dynamic team to assist with the continuous growth of our business. There has been a large increase in requests for international services, and we are looking for an individual who is well-organized and able to multitask.

Applicants must be able to perform data entry and coordinate a large number of weekly shipments with our customers and internal staff. Previous experience in international shipping or port operations is a plus, but not required.

We operate in an extremely fast-passed environment, so the ability to quickly learn the business is a must. Email organization and time management is also very important in this role.

We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance. This is an hourly position, and the wage is based on skill level, experience, and willingness to quickly learn our systems & industry. Our employees work 40-hour work weeks, but overtime is allowed as needed.
