Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients of all ages.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment.
