Quality Management Analyst

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree and trained professional with medical terminology experience preferred.

Training and Experience: Should have experience with medical record review, statistical, analytic, and decision support, or be a trained medical professional. Software/applications fluency desirable. Strong computer software skills (All Microsoft Office applications).

Job Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Quality Improvement in Healthcare setting. Responsible for data compilation and decision support. Demonstrates ability to compile relevant data sources into meaningful reports for use in performance improvement and decision making. Strong organization skills. Data abstraction and research skills. The associate will be expected to demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills that support the organization's customer service strategy. Responsible for training and support with CPSI, QI/PI, PSO (Patient Safety Report Management), and ADN systems.
