Our technicians complete work orders and maintenance requests in specific time frames in a variety of commercial buildings.

What are the duties and responsibilities of building maintenance?Cleans, maintains, and repairs building fixtures and equipment, including locks, windows, doors, screens, blinds, drains, replaces light bulbs and fixes ceiling tiles.

This is a first shift position. Occasional overtime may be available.

Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check and have a clean driving record. A company vehicle may be provided.

This position is in the Greater Cincinnati area.
