job detailsPerforms preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair work to maintain and enhance buildings, facilities, machines and equipment. Organizes and determines repair and maintenance procedures and priorities. Contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Works independently with minimum guidance in a team environment.salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe work environment and effective use of lock out/tag out programs and processes. Performs and/or coordinates rigging, moving and erecting all types of machine tools and equipment for new installations or facility layout changes. Performs preventative maintenance and records activities in CMMS software. Dismantles and reassembles complex machines, including but not limited to CNC machine tools, undergoing repairs and overhauls. Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to involve repairs and replacement of circuit boards, monitors, controls, motors, switches, devices, etc.The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 25lbs

standing for 4 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
