job detailsAre you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully scan, invoice images as well a handle receptionist desk duties. We are looking for someone is comfortable as a receptionist and has the experience to accutately scan, prepare and process invoices.salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesPreparation, processing and indexing supplier statements in R File Manager. In addition, the position will also serve as a back up/fill in to the reception desk duties.

Timely preparation of Charge and Credit memo (A/R) invoices batches by stores for various operations for timely scanning. While prepping the invoice batches bring any/all out of ordinary invoice prints to the attention of the supervisor for resolution with the store personnel.

Accurate scanning of prepped batches for invoice storage and retrieval. Making necessary correction to A/R invoices 16 digit nos.

Prepare, process and index supplier statements for A/P group.

Serves as a back up to Procurement Card specialist.

Assist as a back up to the reception desk duties in absence of one of the HR personnel performing the tasks. Duties besides answering phones also include relieving for breaks and lunch.

Other duties as assigned by group supervisor and/or manager.Reports to Imaging Supervisor.
