job detailsWe are looking for a skilled AP Clerk to join a manufacturing company in Exton, PA. The responsibilities include a very high volume of transactions and billing. The ideal candidate will be very proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe, specifically using Excel. Maintain complete file of vendor W-9’s, and issue yearend 1099’s.

Accrue PA sales tax as needed on taxable purchases not billed for tax; issue tax exemption certificates if needed.

Coordinate quarterly filing of PA sales and use tax returns with Sr. Accountant

Review and process all travel expense report vouchers; ensure expense reports are following the company travel policy.

Setup all electronic vendor payments .

Maintain, distribute, and replenish funds from a petty cash box.

Process and reconcile all foreign and domestic stock purchase vouchers identify any inventory

Participate and assist in resolving all vendor disputes and process back-charges for rejected material

Reconcile certain general ledger accounts including prepaid air travel and purchases clearing.

Sort and distribute the incoming company mail.

Provide backup to Sr. Accountant during absences within the department
