Our well known and prestigious financial client located in Brentwood, NY is seeking for a Logistics Lead to join a dynamic and growing team. Work hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm. Must be able to work 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM and weekends during high volumes(Including Holidays).salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesGeneral responsibilities are to prioritize the floor and assist with tasks performed in the area. Escalate issues to management immediately. Reports to Supervisor.Verifies that all Productions systems and software are up to date and working properly each dayVerifies that all the necessary documentation is presented to USPS and presort vendors in accordance with SOP’s and agreementsEnsures that the mail is being prepared and loaded properly on to USPS and presort vendor trailersVerifies that we have Postage Statements and Presort Documentation ensuring accurate counts and postage ratesPrioritizes flow of mail on the floor and ensures everyone in area is working on higher priorities first and the mail is constantly moving out the doorAssists in training team on new procedures and makes sure they get carried out. If there are any issues or concerns with associates inform management immediatelyThe essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment

working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends

SkillsMicrosoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)

Leadership (2 years of experience is preferred)

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent Organization Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is preferred)

Computer Proficiency

Production Environment (1 year of experience is required)
