This is a net new conversion since previously there was no appetite for visa dependent conversions. Sid Kaw has approved this as an exception. The contractor has been with the team for 18 months and has contributed to the team's success. They would like to initiate the process now so they have time to convert prior to the contractor reaching max tenure.Position SummaryDevelops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants.Project Manager who is comfortable working in a World Class Technology organization and interacting with dynamic executive leadership. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end projects from inception to implementation that achieve business strategy and objectives. Responsibilities include: Managing Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; Obtaining and aligning resources to key project roles; Establishing clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; Providing Oversight/Management/Leadership of project execution, integration and implementation; Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management; Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; and Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project. Required to create and maintain Project related artifacts Typically 5+ years experience. Develops business analysis deliverables, including but not limited to workflows and process models, business requirements, use cases, and business rules. Demonstrates a mastery of SDLC methodologies as well as change management. Creates and/or supports the development of work and test plans for large to moderate projects. Develops requirements and testing specifications for moderate to complex system enhancements. Supervises specification review with business, technical, and training staff. Drives and manages implementation of projects, complex fixes/enhancements. Drives analysis needs to resolve day-to-day production issues in partnership with support organization Uses business architectural principles to define project objectives, processes, roles and responsibilities, and methodology Experience in Agile methodologies and practices, as well as Agile ceremonies in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environmentManagerial Responsibilities: Responsible for effectively managing own time according to agreed-to priorities.
