Who We Look ForWe are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated Feature Lead for .NET development. with extensive experience in .NET development stack including ASP.NET Core, as well as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML 5. Candidate should have good hands-on knowledge in Oracle, and Agile development. The right candidate will help BAU and deliver new functionality to the Business Financial Office business to be more effective in managing the bank’s capital reserves.Role OverviewEnterprise Finance Technology’s BFO Technology team is looking for motivated new Strong developer and strategic thinker with experience in designing new or supporting existing large scale enterprise systems. Possesses the technical chops and willingness to get their own work done while sharing expertise and best practices with other developers. Needs to be aware of and committed to modern design principles, platform security, enterprise directives and industry regulations.Responsibilities:Design, develop and be accountable for feature delivery.

Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality.

Ensure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.

Responsible for compliance and security items and audit support at the team level.

Act as a liaison for production activities/issues.

Work with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria.

Guide the team on work breakdown and execution.

Play a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentor the team.

Guide team members with skills and practices (planning & estimation, peer reviews and other engineering practices).

Identify skill and role gaps, and work with the Technology Manager to address them.

Work with the Technology Manager in creating resource contingency plans where required.

Required Skills10+ years of software development experience.

.NET development stack including ASP.NET Core

Experience with programming language such as C#

Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML 5

Experience with REST API

Experience with Telerik controls is a big plus

Experience with Oracle 12c database

Experience with Agile Development

Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written – is a must

Demonstrated experience designing solution approaches for large scale enterprise systems

Demonstrated experience providing code reviews and mentoring across multiple agile teams

Demonstrated experience managing the prioritization of a large backlog of base priorities within the construct of a Technology Roadmap

Demonstrated experience leading developers to delivery high speed high quality code

Experience migrating to CI/CD with SDM platform (Horizon/BitBucket/Artifactory/etc)

Reads code in multiple languages and inspects infrastructure in order to thoroughly understand current state before requesting or implementing changes

Desired SkillsExperience in python.

Experience in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2.

Experience working with Jira and Agile methodologies

Prior banking industry experience would be an added advantage
