The ideal Administrative Assistant is highly organized and focused with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Candidates are required to drive collaboration with teammates across organizations (Technology, Operations, Audit, GIS etc.) and with the Risk management team to identify opportunities to improve control, reduce risk, and prepare meeting presentations.Required Skills & Abilities:Provide administrative support to Technology Risk Executive and Risk team
Provide support to Risk leadership in preparation of meeting agendas and Risk Review PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Computer Skills – proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) and Concur
Strong organizational skills
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Onboarding/offboarding of resources and equipment
Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapting to unexpected events, responding well to change in fast pace environment
Self-Starter
Provide support with Organization design and org charts
Desired Skills & Abilities:Prior experience in Financial Services
Prior experience supporting senior managers
Bachelors/Undergraduate degree preferred
Knowledge of the Technology/ Portfolio Management a plus
