Job DescriptionResponsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.Entry-level position that acts as a liaison between the clinical and IT departments, leveraging clinical knowledge specific to a domain expertise (Healthcare, informatics, clinical) to provide innovative solutions. Responsible for applying statistical, research, clinical theories and methods to solve problems. As a member of the team, follows standard practices and procedures to evaluate and analyze data, develop analysis and studies and provide new product offering and innovations to external customer engagements. Work involves using analytical skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying the relevant customer standards with limited autonomy. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments. Must have knowledge in reference to regulations and standard operating procedures. Maintains a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with domain literature and reports. Strong understanding of healthcare strategy, operations, and ability to adjust to changing industry regulatory requirementBachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 2 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experienceDegree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or related fieldCertification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse - State Board, Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Pharmacy Technician, Certification Board or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) - American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, Certified Exercise Physiologist - State Board, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist - State BoardWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. You will lead client meetings and facilitate discussions around adoption of technology and use industry information and data analytics, including trends and best practices, and other information, to produce internal and external communiques and recommendations. You will support value realization using a holistic approach to impact client performance, satisfaction, and business outcomes during project engagements positioning clients to be recognized within the industry and gaining alignment as a strategic partner. You will provide clinical guidance and expertise to the internal project team. You will consult and cross collaborate with internal and external clients understand workflows and facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis to support value realization. You will support engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the client as committed.Basic QualificationsAt least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 1 year licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience

At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:

Bachelor’s in nursing, Clinical Studies, or Health Care

Certification of a Licensed State Board, Registered Nurse

Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Clinical Studies, or Health Care

Previous experience with staff scheduling, staffing assignments, staffing workflows, hospital admission/registration process, and/or other related hospital operations of acute and ambulatory rehabilitation

Previous experience with workload and workforce management

Previous client consulting experience

Willing to travel up to 80% as needed.

Cerner Millennium application experience

Experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
