Keep employee list and associated benefits reporting up to date.

Maintain customer files and keep related computer files up to date.

Answer phones.

Open and distribute mail.

Maintain credit files and keep up to date.

Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Five years’ executive administrative experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extensive knowledge in use of Microsoft Office.
