Red Rock Tileworks is a small and GROWING ceramic art tile business looking for a well rounded person with a great attitude to work in our production environment. Job duties include unloading and loading kilns, laying out orders and blending color, packing art tile and preparing for parcel and LTL shipping, assembling sample boards and grouted ceramic display boards, communicating lead times and order status to production lead.

Are looking for long term employment

Can lift 40 lbs.

Can withstand the summer heat/winter cold and don't mind getting dirty in the clay and glaze

Are fork lift certified

Proficient in FedEx Ship manager software & Shipstation

Are goal oriented and know how to get repetitious jobs done efficiently

Exude positivity and are willing to do whatever needs doing whether it is in your job description or not.

You have the natural tendency to help out

Are creative and want to be a part of a growing creative company

Hard worker that can carry heavy loads

Available to work overtime
