Bookkeeper Assistant

A local distributor of construction materials is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) full-time who can provide assistance to bookkeeper, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring customer/invoices and vendor/bills are processed and expenses are processed efficiently in Sage 50 accounting package. In addition to inventory control, customer payments to adhere to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
