This position is ideal for a current student or recent graduate from a Construction Management or Business program who is looking to get experience in specialty construction. Training is available to the right people who are ready and willing to learn new aspects of the garage door industry. Applicants must be go-getters who are ready to start a career with a variety of possible advancement and growth opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting Estimators with the below:
o Generating leads on a variety of current and future construction projects
o Reading blueprints
o Estimating
o Take-offs
o Preparing bids and submitting proposals for projects
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications.
Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications, and negotiations.
Regular attendance is required.
