Position Details:

The Sourcing organizationfinds and sustains the best supplier partnerships to drive business success.

You will lead, advise, and support Cambia Health Solutions business partners during Sourcing events. You will engage Finance, Legal, IT and Privacy Dept. support, and complete sourcing initiatives using a suite of advanced sourcing and contract management tools.

Effective spend analysis, contracting, business case development and project tracking, metrics reporting, collaborator engagement, and proficiency with sourcing tools are integral to success.

As Sourcing Manager, you will drive multi-stakeholder alignment across functions and entities to understand business requirements and enable the achievement of strategic objectives in various Professional Services categories.

You will create and drive RFPs and guide the analysis of supplier proposals with business partners using objective selection criteria.

You will partner with Strategic Finance to analyze and develop business cases and you will develop negotiation plans and lead contract negotiations.

Requirements:

3+ years of strategic (indirect) sourcing experience. Work experience would pertain directly to Services Sourcing (Consulting, HR, Software, Marketing, Legal Services, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or any combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

Well experienced with RFPs (request for proposal)

Reside OR, WA, ID, or UT, relocation not available
