We assist handicapped, disabled, and elderly folks to their appointments and home from hospital stays in Non-Emergent situations.Our ideal candidate is attentive, compassionate, motivated, and reliable.Age requirement: 24 years of age or older.DMV Motor Vehicle Record, background screening, and drug test required upon application. ResponsibilitiesDrive safely in various weather conditions Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule Load and unload patients via wheelchair and stretcher Maintain van and equipment Clean and sanitize van after every use Able to operate basic cell phone application functions QualificationsExceptional customer service skills Safe driving record (Required) Valid Driver's License (no DUI's, no license suspension) No moving violation in the last 3 years Capable of lifting up to 125 lbs of patient weight Ability to work well under little to no supervision Compensation Dependent on Experience and PerformanceCPR and AED First Aid BLS (Basic Life Support) PASS (Passenger Assistance, Safety and Sensitivity) Defensive Driving We are looking forward to reading your application.By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic phone calls from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
