Office Administration

Office Administration position available for small, family owned, General Contracting company. Position available immediately.
Must have knowledge of all office functions, to include answering phones, faxing, scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, filing, email etc
Must have computer knowledge, and be familiar with, Microsoft Office and Google platforms (especially use of google calendar)
Previous office experience required.
Previous insurance experience and/or knowledge of Contractor Connection and Alacrity programs preferred, but not required.
Will train
Paid Holidays, paid vacation, health insurance and 401K
Job is Monday -Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary is hourly and negotiable depending on experience.
