First Four Petroleum Group, LLC is a Class A Contractor located in Roanoke, VA, specializing in service and construction of gas station. We serve as the Wayne Authorized Service Contractor for the Southwest Virginia region as well as a Verifone Authorized Service Contractor. We are the region’s largest service station installer specializing in Wayne Dispensers.

Job Purpose/Objective

● Provide administrative support for our salesman to

● Act as client liaison between clients, salesman, and other departments

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

● Prepare various documents including quotes, spreadsheets, reports, memos, letters, and responses to correspondence.

● Obtain pricing as needed to formulate quotes for construction projects specialized to the client’s needs.

● Contact clients to follow up on needs and distribute quotes when complete

● Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, mail and reports to determine significance and distribute to other staff as needed

● Perform project work as-needed

● File and retrieve documents, records, and reports

● Greet visitors and assess access to specific individuals

● Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree

Minimum Qualifications

● High School Diploma or GED required

● Acute detail and accuracy skills

● Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

● Excellent customer relation skills

● Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

● Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

● Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
