-Able to drive, have driver’s license, and have dependable transportation

-Professional appearance and good people skills as you will be interacting with other contractors and

owners on a daily basis.

-Able to perform housekeeping duties as you will be expected to clean-up at the end of the day and

keep work truck in clean order.

-Drug testing required
