Floor Technician

Professional Maintenance Company is looking to hire a Floor Tech to help keep our customer's facilities clean and up to expected standards. This position will be in Prince George, VA and is a part time opportunityEssential FunctionsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAble to adapt to changing schedules and/or tasks as requiredAbility to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skillsFollow direction of Management to perform tasks in a timely mannerPerforms maintenance of floors to include, cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing on a routinely basis.Expected to demonstrate proper use of chemicals and other suppliesRespond to emergency request as neededProperly use cleaning equipment including strippers and buffersOther cleaning duties as needed.We will be taking additional measures with the cleaning to prevent the spread of covid-19.
