Key Requirements:
2 or more years experience in high volume kitchen
Reliable transportation (Unfortunately No GRTC bus stop within .5 miles)
working knowledge of all kitchen stations
team mentality
knowledge of basic baking, cooking, bulk production
Solid references
Flexible schedule
Task-driven individual
Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance to standards
Food preparation and portioning
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for shift
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
