Full-time Customer Service (Scranton, PA)

Large multi-state home improvement company headquartered in Scranton, PA seeks a full-time customer service specialist to join our management team.

Ideal Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

The candidate should have excellent communications skills as well as a high proficiency in all aspects of computer skills. (E-mail, excel, word, etc)

Essential job duties will include:

Reception duties (answering phone, fax, etc)

Communicating with customers, field supervisors and install crews

Fielding & scheduling service calls

This position is very fast paced and requires a competent person with a "get it done attitude"
