MDM Data Engineer

Job briefThe MDM Data Engineer will focus on maintaining the master data of the customer through process, development, and lifecycle. They will work directly with Acquisition stakeholders and team members to define, design, and deliver actionable insights while working on data ingestion pipelines and BI developers in an agile environment. Responsibilities
  • Master data management
  • Data management and Data mining
  • Create the road map during acquisitions for integrating new brand's Data with MDM
  • Create data pipelines through ADF, SQL queries
  • Formulates and recommends standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency of the DW ecosystem.
  • Participates in the master data management activities for solutions to various customer problem-statement/situations.
  • Develop various use cases and ROI for the customer/clients.
  • Champion data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the organization by designing and promoting best practices.
  • Aid functional team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge.
  • Work with functional team to prepare technical design documentation and develop an institutional knowledge base (IKB)
  • Support functional team to enhance or improve the process through runbook

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in master data management
  • 1+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL Queries & Power BI
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in relational database concepts and flat file processing concepts
  • Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation
  • Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Keen to learn new languages and technologies
