Available Office Manager / Legal Assistant Position
The Law Office of Lindsey Huddle seeks a part-time Office Manager & Legal Assistant to support attorney and clients. This position includes both administrative and legal duties.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties including but not limited to: Answering phones, monitoring emails, client intake, scheduling, ordering supplies, filing, and data entry.
- Legal Duties including but not limited to: preparing and reviewing legal documents, correspondence with court, preparing and handling legal files.
- Legal Billing & Bookkeeping Duties including but not limited to: monthly client billing, accepting/posting payments, paying office bills, monitoring office accounts, and working with office bookkeeper.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Associates Degree in a related area or two to three experience years in a law office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
