Job Title: Human Resources Clerk

Job Classification: Full-Time Seasonal (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
Overview:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. Able to perform a wide range of HR and support duties of a confidential, sensitive, clerical, and responsible nature supporting our HR Department. This role will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, discretion and resourcefulness when preforming all work assignments and projects.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Oversee and manage all company new and rehire personnel files and folders
Assist with preparation of new hire paperwork
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills; proven ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Self-starter; accurate and efficient
Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures
Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management
Knowledge:
Knowledge of corporate filing
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Typing & data entry skills
Knowledge of general office duties (filing, faxing, scanning and copying)
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
