Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: SecretJob Family: HRISResponsibilities:Assist the systems and data governance team in the formation and execution of systems and data governance framework, charters, business processes and standard operating procedures.

Identify, collect and analyze total force manpower, human resources, and related systems and operational policies and procedures for completeness; documenting gaps and work with key stakeholders to draft and update artifacts

Review key total force manpower and human resources documented workflows and processes to verify compliance to DoD, DON and related federal information technology, information assurance, and cybersecurity policies and procedures; identify gaps and work with key stakeholders to draft and update artifacts

Identify and maintain tracking plan of current and future tasks, to include current status, projected completion dates, and actions completed/to-be completed

Perform audit finding management tasks for compliance with operational teams, per DoD/DON

Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies, within assigned timeline of assignment

Generate draft Business Case Analysis (BCA) and Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) documents in support of manpower and human resource human capital strategy initiatives

Collaborate with system and data stewards or data delivery teams to populate content (e.g., business taxonomies, data dictionary terms, data standards, mappings) in the Data Governance tools.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in computer science, information management or equivalent

Demonstrated experience with business systems requirements, acquisitions and sustainment operations (e.g., DoDI 5000.75, SECNAVI 5000.2G, BCA, BEA)

Three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior governance, operations, and/or compliance analyst

Five (5) years of strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify, and effectively raise business risks associated with system or data quality or non-compliance

U.S. citizenship
