Facilities Specialist

Overview:Lead the local Facilities team on daily activities to ensure efficient, functional, safe, clean and sanitized workspace.Responsibilities:Coordinates maintenance activities with vendors and contractors.

Responsible for site compliance with health and safety along with security policies.

Maintain good working relationships with site leadership.

May need to work over 40 hours per week (as required), and required to come in for any emergencies and critical maintenance.

Maintenance and contracting work.

Assist with other departments to fulfill site needs.

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent and proficient with Computer skills as this role requires communication and reporting via emails and applications.

Minimum of 6 months equivalent relative experience.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Ability to use hand/power tools.

Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

General knowledge of Call Center equipment (copiers, badge printers, computer set ups)

Have basic understanding of how facility systems work- HVAC/back up power systems/ fire/security alarms.
