CS - Lead Consultant (Data Analytics/BI Solution Architect)

- Works with various Client stakeholders to design the architecture and implementation plan of the Power BI environment
- Coordinates with various Client stakeholders to drive agreement and approval of the anticipated roadmap, including leadership report outs and non-technical/non-technical audiences
- Provisions services, tools, and applications in conjunction with the client stakeholders to facilitate the delivery team's development and converts solution architecture into work product requirements for the team
- Expected to be hands on in the implementation of the architecture/design and will own discrete deliverables related to the solution architecture - spanning data and report architecture, data modeling, report design, and distribution practices
- Protype proof-of-concept dashboards, features, and models to generate feedback and support requirements gathering
- Lead and deploy a delivery team of data engineers, analysts, and developers
- 8-12 years of experience in cloud data, data warehouse, data analytics projects, and/or any Information Management related projects must span legacy and cloud environments
- Leadership experience and executive level communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience creating a roadmap or business plan with estimates for complexity and cost; including people, process, & technology inputs
- Experience as product manager, product owner, or technical product owner operating in a cross-functional, collaborative, agile environment
- Experience managing a backlog and delivery team of 5 or more technical and non-technical professionals
- Recent experience as a Business Intelligence or Analytics solution architect developing a roadmap to enable broad access to data and insights across a variety of enterprise users
- Consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- SQL Proficiency
- Expertise in Power BI
- Prior experience configuring and designing Azure Power BI environments including the creation of workspaces, data sources, user-security artifacts, and dashboards.
- Relevant certifications and/or memberships qualifying data/analytics/BI architect and management skills (Azure/AWS Data or Analytics Certifications, Microsoft SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, SQL Management Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake)
