DescriptionOrganization Seeks Customer Service Representative!OfficeTeam is in the hiring process for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. This Agoura Hills, California Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.Major responsibilities

Manage incoming telephone calls

Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Field and send out send written business correspondence

Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Requirements

Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

Consumer collections experience highly desired

Knowledge of Cash Collections

Proven knowledge of negotiation

Foundational knowledge in Collecting Payments

Collect Outstanding experience desired

Proficiency in Collection Processes

Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

Proven computer skills

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Strong customer service and office administrative skills
