CAD Operator/Drafter

- Proficient in AutoCAD

- Surveying/engineering experience a plus

This position will aid in the preparation of existing conditions and plot plans, boundary surveys, septic plans, and shoreland/wetland plans for state submission.

Septic Designer

- NH Septic Designer license preferred (or ability to obtain within six months)

- Experienced in designing septic systems

- Proficient in AutoCAD

Licensed Land Surveyor

- NH Land Surveyor license preferred (or ability to obtain within one year)

- Experience performing deed research and processing field data

- Preparation of boundary surveys, plot plans and existing conditions

- Proficient in AutoCAD
