We are unable to sponsor for this permanent full-time roleThis position is Bonus eligiblePrestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a Technical Resiliency & Crisis Management Manager. Candidate will drive divisional adoption of business and technology resiliency programs and ensure compliance with the enterprise business & technical resiliency policy, standards, and framework consistent with regulatory requirements.This new role will routinely prioritize multiple time-sensitive business resiliency projects including planning for and carrying out technical disaster recovery testing and conducting operational risk assessments, developing technology resiliency plans, as well as leading the division’s crisis management program activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Plans, coordinates, and performs multiple iterations of technology resiliency exercises in coordination with a matrixed team of business and technology subject matter professionals.
  • Developing plans and program governance deliverables, reporting targeted to keep staff and executives advised of actions, progress, and issues
  • Develop strong relationships and influence multiple stakeholders to gain alignment on key issues
  • Works within a collaborative team environment and under pressure of deadlines
  • Conduct research to address enterprise oversight observations and challenges
  • Supply significant thought leadership to the development of the technology resiliency and crisis management program methodologies and approaches.
  • Collaborates with divisional and enterprise teams to establish, maintain, and mature program processes and practices to ensure that the program aligns with industry standards and meets regulatory requirements
  • Facilitates operational risk assessments, reputational impacts of radical scenarios, business impact analysis, business continuity strategy, crisis management exercises and measurable plan development in accordance with program standards
  • Manages the Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Technology Disaster Recovery programs for the Single-Family Division
  • Our team is responsible for helping the business address resiliency risk that could threaten achievement of
  • their most critical objectives
  • Contribute thought leadership to the firm’s technical resilience strategy and policies
  • Educate our business partners to efficiently identify and manage resiliency risks
  • Ensure firm’s single family technical resiliency objectives are supported and carried out per internal audit, enterprise operations and FHFA guidance

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of Disaster Recovery Program and/or Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer information systems or equivalent business experience and/or Business continuity or Disaster recovery industry certification
  • Experience in business continuity and/or crisis management with direct experience developing business
  • impact analyses and business continuity plans
  • Experience leading Crisis Management activities for a significant business unit
  • Experience with Business Continuity Planning tools (Fusion Risk Management) and Microsoft Office
  • Tools preferred
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry domain
