Job Title: Salesforce Admin Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months+ CTH Hybrid remote & onsite, will be expected to be able to come onsite to Atlanta, GA up to 3 days per week (Tues/W/Thurs) Must have: Salesforce Administrator certification, 5+ years working as an admin or a Salesforce business analyst, fluent English communication skills Job Description : Salesforce Administrator Position NCR is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. Our Salesforce user experience is important to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support cases, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups Import/update leads, contacts, and other data using Dataloader Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing Preparing reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and other departments Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules Manage, maintain and organize Salesforce to ensure data entries are complete and accurate Process assigned cases accurately and consistently within the 48-hour SLA Manage data quality to ensure the same source of data is used across multiple systems Complete all organization's objectives in a timely fashion Provide ongoing support and education for Salesforce users: answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and lead education sessions BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : Degree in computer science or similar field, or relevant work experience Salesforce Administrator Certification is required 5 + years of Salesforce administrative experience in configuring and managing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management, Community Portals, Data Loader, and Data Integrations Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, and Flows
