SummaryYou will serve as a Configuration Release Management Analyst in the ERP Business Systems Division, Code 311000 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the NRL processes and procedures to track and communicate Navy ERP release activities for NRL.You will develop, implement, and sustain processes and procedures to effectively communicate, track and report on a regular basis any upcoming Navy ERP change request as a result of system defects, upgrades or enhancements.You will gather feedback from key subject matter experts and stakeholders to articulate any risks and impacts associated with Navy ERP system change request or enhancements.You will help facilitate the review of proposed updates to Functional Design Specifications (FDS).You will support all aspects of reporting and tracking Navy ERP defects from Navy ERPs defect tracking system - Quality Center.You will support escalating emergency work requests (EWR) with Navy ERP to ensure they gain the proper attention, escalation and follow up.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-02 pay band (GS-05/10 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) assisting with system-related issues for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) specifically to include Training and User Management with particular use of the Access Enforcer platform and assessing and mitigating Separation of Duty (SoD) issues; 2)monitoring and assisting in the resolution of all Navy ERP related problems related to User Access and qualifications; 3) providing strong customer service experience dealing with internal and external customers related to Navy ERP account maintenance and training; and/or 4) contributing to the development, maintenance and execution of documented processes and procedures to sustain the user management and training areas of a Navy ERP command.
